Overview

Process Control is an essential aspect of maintaining the facility's Chemical Management System. Controlling the processes and documentation at the facility helps ensure the proper implementation of a CMS and the monitoring of traceability, transparency and continuous improvement. 

The 3 main elements of Process Control for a successful CMS are :

1. Document and Record Control 
2. Conducting Root Cause Analysis and developing Corrective Action Plans for incidents and non-complainces
3. General Maintenance and Housekeeping

This training on Chemical Management Process Control will give the learners a brief overview on what is process control for Chemical management system and how it is beneficial for the facility.

The training is delivered in an interactive and engaging format. The time required to complete this training is around 60 minutes. The content of this course is based on ZDHC CMS Technical Industry Guide (TIG). Learners will receive a ‘Certificate of Achievement’ on completing this training course and the exam.
