With an increase in awareness about the harmful effects of chemicals used in textile, brands have adapted RSL to reduce the impact on human health and environment. Manufacturing facilities can resort to analytical test methods to ensure conformance to RSL requirements of a Brand.
This course will provide an overview of harmful substances in textiles and their impacts on Human Health and the Environment. It will help learners to gain knowledge about the testing procedure of different RSL groups. The course will also enable the learners to interpret a Test Report and the development of Factory Action Plans in case of RSL failure. Steps on developing factory Action plans for Inputs, Process and Outputs is also explained in this training course.
