Overview :

NimkarTek NOTES is an online platform for providing training to Brands, Retailers and other stakeholders on the Textile and Leather supply chain. NimkarTek NOTES is published by NimkarTek Technical Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "NimkarTek" or the "Company"). This document sets forth the privacy policy of NimkarTek (the "Privacy Policy") for the following websites, www.nimkartek.com (the "Website") and https://notes.nimkartek.com/ (the "LMS Platform"); collectively referred to as "Website/s".

In order to use NimkarTek NOTES, we ask that you create an account. When you sign up, we’ll ask for some registration information such as Name, Email Address, Address, and Contact Details. We need this information to create an account so that we can contact you should the need be and so that you can access your account from anywhere.

NimkarTek is committed to respecting your privacy and we recognise your need to know that your Personal Information is being properly processed and held. We don’t share your registration or personal information for marketing purposes. When you use ‘NimkarTek NOTES’, we may collect the following information about you:

1. Registration Information

When you sign up for an account with NimkarTek NOTES, you will be asked for registration information, such as your Full Name, Email address, Phone number, Country and a Password.

Your contact information includes information such as billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone numbers and any other information you have given to us for the purpose of communication or meeting. It is mandatory to provide an email address in order to use NimkarTek so that we can contact you about your account in order to provide assistance and information to you, and so that you can access your data from any device.

Your financial data includes information such as your bank account and payment card details. Transaction data includes details about payment or communications to and from the products and services you have purchased from us.

Technical Data includes your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-ins and versions, operating systems and other technology on the devise you use to access the Websites.

If you purchase a product from a Company website or from the NOTES website, you may provide us with your credit card and/or debit card details. You will be required to fill in your card details and other information, other account and authentication information, as well as your billing details. For security purposes, you may be required to provide identification information to confirm your identity, including your full name, address and card security number. These details will only be used to process your purchase. We will not disclose your credit card and /or debit card details to any third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

4. Feedbacks and Surveys
